Let the Transformation Begin.

Are you ready to see how one small shift can radically change your life?

You’re not here to play it safe or small. You’re not here to keep choosing the same patterns and outcomes over and over again.

You are here to break the cycles and build something new.

What to Expect

Meeting weekly allows us to check in and maintain forward progress in your goal. We can intake all the information we want, but if we are not applying it, we stay where we are.

Accountability

I guide you from whatever your starting point happens to be. We take an honest look at where you are, where you want to be, and what steps you can take to bridge the gap.

Personalized Guidance

These things are the result of small actions taken repeatedly. It does not happen overnight. Having the courage to keep moving forward will result in you building the life you dream of living.

Why Im a Coach

I have radically transformed my internal environment and how I show up in the world. Choosing to do the healing work has been one of my most fulfilling accomplishments and I want to share this feeling with anyone who is willing to do the work.

Life is still challenging and unpredictable. But, with the right tools, we can face it all calmly, confidently, and courageously.

It is not easy, but it is always worth it.

Peaceful Heretic Meg in Washington, DC

“Meg has helped me uncover the strength in my vulnerability and the beauty in my truth. Through our work together, I gained the courage to acknowledge my feelings, trust myself, and build a life that truly reflects my deepest desires. ”

— Kaylee

“I’ve started to choose paths more aligned with me as opposed to stray into the paths made for others. As a result, I have been consistently growing and living a more fulfilling life. I wish I had attended sooner. ”
